This is a contract for the stud service of
Lacys Missing Link AKC to
Dams Name __________________________________ On the date of ______/_______/_______
And uses the following terms and conditions for service from Lacy Mt.Olympus Kennels.
Our Link is vet checked and is clear of patellar luxation, DNA Vet Gen tested and is Clear Non-Carrier of Juvenile Hereditary Cataract. Brucellosis Free.
Lacy Mt. Olympus Kennels will provide stud service but please contact us for available dates to reserve your space .We will ask for the pick of the liter or payment of $500.00. If we do pick the pick of the littler it will be the 3rd or 4th week after delivery. We will receive the puppy on the 8th week after delivery along with the AKC Papers for said puppy. We guarantee at least one live puppy. It will be our sole discretion as to the pick and gender of the puppy as payment for services rendered or $___.00 for service. Female must be kept in doors so no other dog can mate with her. It is up to you to keep your female in the most healthiest state during her pregnancy .Top of the line puppy food all Natural Herring and Salmon is what we give ours then the puppy food 4 weeks before she has her puppies.
The Female Dog must be up to date on all shots and in excellent health. A Negative Brucellosis test is required with in 10 days before the service to protect your female and our stud from diseases. We also want proof of AKC Papers a 3 to 5 Generation of her Pedigree, up to date shot records,(vaccine, Rabies, Kennel Cough)
Our Stud is proven he has up to date 2010 has father over 150 puppies. So your female should take on the first breeding unless there could be something a wrong with her. We will then do another breeding on her next heat cycle. We ask that you get an X-ray of your female from your vet so we know how many puppies are in your female and send us a letter from your vet to verify the total puppies in her litter with the vet phone number. (This is a must.) This is a contract that is legal and will be kept for our records.
On our artificial insemination we use Ohio State University as of 2010 they charge $525.00 for service and over night the sperm. They will give you a sperm count and other paper work to verifier live sperm our stud service is $___.00.We guarantee that the sperm is alive when it comes to you. Please keep your female confined following the Insemination. Make sure you have someone who can inseminate her, as we are not responsible for something that goes wrong in the process of someone doing the insemination. We know that this should take and OSU is willing to back this up. Full payment is do before we send you our males sperm and

Puppy Contract
BOSTON
1. This puppy is guaranteed to be in good health to the best of our knowledge at the time of sale. It had had all shots up to date of sale and our vet has checked all puppies prier to flying or sale as you coming to pick them up. I do not let a puppy go unless our vet say’s they are in good health. . The customer has a health guarantee up to 12 months for serious genetic diseases (eyes & hearing & nose & pallet of mouth, heart, lungs) from the date of purchase. We do not include the legs do to the environment of which the dog is in. (REASON: not one of my dogs has any leg problems,( wood floors, puppies jumping off of things high up or even your couch, Exercising the puppy to early and hard will only hurt and add to this problem AND the food you feed your puppy too has a big reaction on how everything comes together in their growing body.)The customer has to have the puppy checked buy the vet within 48 hours or 72 hours depending upon what day the animal is purchased. (If purchased on Thursday or earlier you, the buyer have 48 hrs. If purchased on Fri. or Sat you the buyer have 72 hrs. ) If the Vet finds anything seriously wrong with the puppy you will return it and you will receive a replacement puppy from the next litter of equal value. It is up to you the buyer to make sure your puppy get all remaining shots in order to keep the contract in full .We ask that the puppy is not taken to any parks, pet shops, dog groomers or off your land until he or she has had all shots and your vet tells you it is ok to take the puppy to places. For he or she is at the risk of contracting parvovirus and any other disease common to puppies. Even if the puppy does not touch the floor at a public area or shopping place, if an infected dog touches any thing and you end up touching it then you can give it to your puppy. Do not take your puppy to any home of friends or relatives who has had the parvovirus as it can stay on their land, in the home for many, many years.
2. NO MONEY will be given back. But you the buyer will pay for the airfare of the new puppy that will be shipped to you.
This must be done with in the guaranteed period with a letter on a vets letter head describing what conditions was found, along with the phone number, and address for the vets office so we can talk to your vet ad. We the seller assumes no responsibility on this puppy after the animal leaves the premises. Medical expenses, mortality, land lord disapproval, allergies to animal, disagreement of family, or for any other reason.
3. We the seller will give you the owner of one of our puppies a $25.00 finders fee if you, recommend and the person buys a puppy from LACY’S MT OLYMPUS KENNELS .You will receive a few extra business cards that you can write your name on the back of so that we know that you recommended this
4 Please do not let your puppy jump off a Chair, Couch or anything else high enough to hurt their legs or knees these little guys or gals need to grow and get the right food and vitamins in them to build strong bones and muscle’s. Do not let them shake a toy or socks or play tug with something that they have to Shake their head so hard that (this can cause the retina to detach.) Please these puppies need to play but not so hard that it ends up hurting them. Play ball just roll it a small distance and let them bring it back. Protect your puppy at all cost. We due recommend Nu Vet Plus Tablets for the first 2 years as they grow to help their bones.
5. Never let your puppy or dog out alone. People will take these dogs and use them as BAIT for dogfights or Resale them for money. Even a min out of site you can lose them forever.
The balance is to be paid in full before the puppy will be allowed to leave our premises. A down payment of $200.00 or half is required and is NON REFNDABLE to hold the animal or your choice until the animal is of age and or the complete amount of purchase is paid in full. If you would want 1st pick of a puppy you must put a deposit down 1st to receive the pick of puppy. If we hold your puppy longer then 10 weeks we will charge you $15.00 a week to hold the puppy. We also need the name LACY put in your puppy name, ether in the beginning, middle or end on your AKC Papers this too is necessary to keep the contract in full. . We also feed our dogs and puppies the best we can afford. The first ingredients should be –Lamb or Chicken or Beef or Salmon or Turkey. Not Corn. Not Wheat. Not Soy. Salmon and Herring are by far the best food for these dogs and puppies. If you want to keep your Puppy or Dog at the top of health this is the dog food to get .We feed our dogs the Salmon it good for eyes, coats. you will see it in them. We also put NuVet Plus Natural Supplement on their food.
When you use the cheaper dog food that is when you get your puppy heath into trouble. Bones and mussels not developing right, eyes and skin problem develop. So for your puppy health feed the best you can.
5. The seller will give a $25.00 refund to the owner of the sold puppy who completes a C.H. (Championship) A.K.C. title upon seeing the certificate.
Note: We the seller guarantee that our land & dogs are free from Parvo. Therefore when the buyer takes the animal from us it is up to them to keep it that way. See Line 1 And at the End of contract is a piece about the Parvovirus.

. Schedule playtime with your dog once a week. Play fetch. Go for a swim. Play Frisbee. Run an obstacle course. Just make sure your dog has had a long walk beforehand, and only play for the time you have decided in advance to allot.
Share affection...at the right times only. After your dog has exercised or eaten. After your dog has changed an unwanted behavior into a behavior that you asked for. After your dog has responded to a rule or command. Share affection only when the dog is in a calm-submissive state!
Walk your dog (NOT PUPPIES) every day for at 45 minutes to an hour. Walking with your dog twice a day for 30 minutes is the first step toward improving your relationship with your dog. The walk is the foundation of your relationship. It is a powerful tool that will help you connect with all aspects of your dog's mind.
Also our puppies and dogs must never go to the pound or shelter, you will bring your dog back to us with AKC Papers with no question asked.

How can parvo be transmitted?
What typically happens is that a puppy eats infected soil or feces, picking up the virus, which travels to the lymphatic system in the throat and begins dividing rapidly. The virus begins pouring out of the lymph system and into the bloodstream where it attacks any rapidly dividing cells in the body. The biggest problem caused by dog parvo symptoms is when the virus reaches the intestinal tract, where it begins "eating" the intestinal wall.
Parvo can be picked up at dog parks.
Dog parks are common places to contract the parvovirus.
